I started JCI Journey from JCI Mines, since 2010. I witnessed the transformation from almost-close-down and growing up local organization, and indeed it had becomes my lifetime university.
Skills
Plan and execute project is most effective leadership building.
Forming a project team with variety of backgrounds is challenging especially communication - not to mention language barrier.
Call for meeting and lead for collective decision. Working as a team, there's no "me, I, myself", but "together, us, we".
Standardize the procedure so that everyone clear about what you going to do
